La metodología en el estudio utilizado fue de tipo aplicativo, con una población de 17 niños y niñas de 5 años. La técnica e instrumento utilizado fue la Prueba de Lenguaje Oral de Navarra PLON -R (2014), el cual fue modificado y adaptado a la situación actual de la Institución Educativa, dando como resultado se obtuvo en los niños de 5 años un bajo nivel en la estimulación del lenguaje oral con el 64.71%, un 23.53% en nivel medio y un 11.76% en alto. De igual forma, se evaluó las dimensiones del lenguaje oral y los resultados fueron los siguientes: En la dimensión de forma, el 70.59% de los alumnos se encontraba en un nivel bajo, lo que significa que no alcanzó el nivel esperado y el 17.65% se encontró en un nivel medio y finalmente e 11.76 en un nivel alto. Sobre el contenido del lenguaje oral un 64.71% de alumnos se posicionó en el nivel bajo, el 23.53% en un nivel medio y el 11.76% en un nivel alto. Finalmente, en cuanto al uso del lenguaje oral el 64.71% de los niños se encontró en nivel bajo, el 29.41% con un nivel medio y el 5.88% presentó nivel alto. Por lo tanto, es necesario estimular el lenguaje oral en los niños de 5 años mediante la aplicación del taller cuentacuentos en sus tres dimensiones del lenguaje. La investigación adopta un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo para examinar esta práctica desde tres dimensiones: valoración, gestión del aprendizaje y confrontación. En el proceso de investigación, se empleó un diseño descriptivo simple y se utilizó una ficha de observación como instrumento de medición. Esta ficha se aplicó a una muestra representativa de maestras de educación inicial en la mencionada UGEL, seleccionadas mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que las maestras implementan con alta frecuencia las prácticas de retroalimentación reflexiva y las valoran de manera positiva. En cuanto a la dimensión de valoración, la mayoría de las docentes expresaron una valoración "alta" hacia estas prácticas. Además, se observó que la mayoría de las maestras se siente capaz de gestionar su propio proceso de aprendizaje de manera efectiva y están dispuestas a abordar situaciones desafiantes o confrontativas en el contexto educativo. Es metodología presentó un tipo básico con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, descriptivo correlacional. La muestra seleccionada para aplicar los instrumentos mencionados fueron 22 estudiantes de 4 años a través del muestreo no probabilístico intencional, sin tamaño muestral. Para la prueba de hipótesis planteada se empleó la prueba no paramétrica de Rho de Spearman obteniendo como resultado un nivel de relación de rs = 0,953, con lo cual se demostró que existe relación positiva perfecta siendo significativa entre juegos verbales y el lenguaje oral en niños de 4 años; comprobándose que a mayor práctica de juegos verbales hay un mejor desarrollo de lenguaje oral. El estudio permitió identificar elementos esenciales que componen las dimensiones de la práctica pedagógica como son la «preparación para la enseñanza», la «enseñanza para el aprendizaje», la «gestión de la escuela articulada a la comunidad» y el «desarrollo de profesionalidad y la identidad docente» para comprender en mayor profundidad cómo los docentes estructuran su práctica pedagógica, identificando tanto los factores que contribuyen a su efectividad como los aspectos que requieren mejora. Se concluyó que la «preparación para la enseñanza», requiere el dominio de los conocimientos pedagógicos y contextuales por parte de las docentes, los cuales contienen el conocimiento de las características y necesidades de los estudiantes, la elaboración de planes curriculares, la evaluación, el uso adecuado de materiales educativos y la aplicación de estrategias pedagógicas esenciales para alcanzar los objetivos de aprendizaje. Se concluyó además que la «enseñanza para el aprendizaje» requiere de un entorno escolar favorable, con una interacción respetuosa y cooperativa entre las docentes y los padres de familia. Este trabajo conjunto fomentó un compromiso compartido en el proceso educativo, mejorando la comunicación y apoyando el aprendizaje de los niños. Con relación a la «gestión de la escuela articulada a la comunidad» se concluyó que la participación activa de los padres en la creación de recursos educativos necesarios para las actividades de aprendizaje es de suma importancia. En otro sentido, la falta de tiempo dificultó la implementación de proyectos de innovación. A pesar de ello, el trabajo colaborativo en la planificación colegiada se reconoció como una fortaleza clave, enfocada en alcanzar las metas educativas. El enfoque de investigación fue el cualitativo, investigación básica, se optó por el método fenomenológico- hermenéutico, empleándose la técnica de la entrevista aplicada a 11 participantes clave, todas docentes de educación inicial que desarrollaron actividades educativas durante el distanciamiento social obligatorio decretado por la pandemia del Covid- 19, a través del instrumento denominado guía de entrevista semiestructurada, las preguntas fueron abiertas, con el objetivo que las participantes expresen con sus propias palabras sus apreciaciones sobre el tema. Se ha concluido con que las docentes han implementado y aplicado estrategias y metodologías educativas virtuales de manera creativa, adaptándose a la situación de aislamiento, de manera que han podido realizar actividades sincrónicas y asincrónicas para poder cumplir con los objetivos educativos relacionados con el desarrollo psicomotor de los niños, detallando las dificultades que han tenido para el logro de las competencias, así como las dificultades que han tenido las familias y los niños para poder acceder a las plataformas virtuales y establecer comunicación y por tanto no se han logrado el logro eficiente de las habilidades psicomotoras; precisando que se han manifestado problemas emocionales a pesar del compromiso y dedicación de los padres. El estudio ha determinado que, desde el sistema educativo, las docentes, las familias y los niños hasta el conocimiento y uso de las herramientas tecnológicas para las clases virtuales no estuvieron preparados ni implementados adecuadamente y todo eso dificultó el cumplimiento de los objetivos educativos del nivel inicial. Valencia et al. (2021) consideran que el avance de la pandemia del Covid- 19, declarada en el 2020 en el mundo, llevó a diversos países a tomar medidas restrictivas y limitar las relaciones sociales entre las personas. Consecuencia de ello fue la suspensión de las clases, la cual restringió la interacción y construcción de habilidades sociales en los niños. Esa circunstancia ocasionó que se vieran expuestos a aparatos tecnológicos por largos periodos de tiempo, generando un fuerte impacto en su desarrollo y en el de sus habilidades sociales. Como señala la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO, 2020), en su informe referido al bienestar socioemocional de los niños y jóvenes, a raíz de la cuarentena, la privación de asistir a las escuelas, las restricciones como el distanciamiento físico, la pérdida de escenarios sociales como espacios de juego libre que satisficiera la necesidad de movimiento en los niños, la limitación en la interacción física y el uso de nuevas estrategias para el aprendizaje, generaron estrés, ansiedad y depresión entre los integrantes de las familias. Por tanto, es necesario que en el entorno familiar se desarrollen habilidades socioemocionales que permitan que los niños puedan regular conductas agresivas o frustrantes; así como la pérdida del interés en el aprendizaje como resultado del aislamiento social que vivieron. En este sentido, aplicar estrategias que aborden las emociones, la resolución de conflictos, les permitirán una adecuada regulación ante cualquier dificultad.
